Instructors:

Compensation:
a. Instructors will receive 65% of the revenue generated from the sale of their courses.
b. Payments will be processed on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum payout threshold.

Course Content:
a. Instructors are responsible for the accuracy and quality of the content they provide.
b. Any copyrighted material must be used with proper permissions, and the responsibility lies with the instructor.

Course Pricing:
a. First Class Odyssey Limited reserves the right to set and adjust course prices at its discretion.
b. Instructors will be notified of any changes in pricing affecting their courses.

Communication:
a. Instructors are encouraged to maintain clear communication with students.
b. Timely responses to student queries and concerns are expected.

Termination:
a. First Class Odyssey Limited reserves the right to terminate the agreement with an instructor in case of policy violations or breaches of professional conduct.

Terms and Conditions for Learners:

Subscription:
a. Some courses may require a subscription fee for access, while others may have individual purchase prices.
b. Subscriptions are non-transferable and may be subject to renewal.

Payment:
a. Learners are responsible for the payment of course fees as per the pricing set by First Class Odyssey Limited.
b. Payments are non-refundable, except as specified in our refund policy.

Access and Usage:
a. Subscribed courses remain accessible as long as the learner’s subscription is active.
b. Unauthorized sharing of course materials or account information is strictly prohibited.

Code of Conduct:
a. Learners are expected to adhere to a code of conduct, treating instructors and fellow learners with respect.
b. Any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate account termination.

Refund Policy:
a. Refunds may be considered within a specified timeframe and according to the terms outlined in our refund policy.e
b. Refund requests must be submitted through the designated channels.
